Class goal: develop endurance, speed, strength, perfect front crawl, backstroke technique with starts and turns, swim 2 lengths of the pool front crawl and backstroke with proper technique; breaststroke technique; Fly technique. Prices are prorated each week

    For swimmers who can swim one length of the pool front crawl minimal coordination.
