In order to continue to provide a fun and safe experience for all of our swimmers, there are a few policies and procedures at Camp Olympia ASAP that must be followed. Please take a moment to read the following, and help make this session another safe and happy experience for all of our swimmers. We look forward to seeing all of you at the pool!

  1. Swimming may take place during class only, under the supervision of an instructor.
  2. Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of their owner. Please keep your items locked or secure.
  3. Running is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
  4. No diving.
  5. Food or beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
  6. Parents may wait for class to start, or for their children to return, at either end of the pool.
  7. All payments are due upon registration.
  8. Sibling Discount- the 4th Sibling is free ( is 1 parent and 3 children swim then 1 of the children fees are free) .  This is limited to siblings in the same  household.
  9. If the fee is prohibitive and make it unable to swim,  please email us with the amount and the dates of what you can pay.  info@AllSportsforAllPeople.net
  10. Swimmers may make up one (1) class during each session. Makeups need to be completed before the session is over. Makeups do not roll over to a new session. Switching your day/time counts as a makeup.
  11. Makeup requests must be scheduled in advance at the pool or by calling All Sports for All People of Camp Olympia office at 718-748-7084.
    1. You can choose to receive 3 passes to family swim (six-month expiration) in lieu of your make-up class.
    2. If you miss the last class of a session you will receive 3 passes to family swim (six-month expiration) in lieu of a make-up class.
    3. Makeups are not guaranteed if schedules  on the day of the swim.
  12. In order to receive a refund for classes, please contact our office at 718-748-7084 before the commencement of your class OR no later than 48 hrs after your first class. You can also request a refund in person at the pool.  Please tell us as soon as possible if your child won’t get in the water or doesn’t like something.  We offer many classes and there may be a different way to help your child be comfortable in the water .
  13. Please contact us via email or phone or at the front desk if your child has a particular learning style or if there’s something you can share about your child  that would help us.
  14. We understand plans change and a swimmer may not be able to finish up one of our swimming sessions. However, we are unable to credit any missed classes on to any new session. Swimmers will be offered family swim passes.
  15.  Parents must accompany and supervise their children in the pool area at all times.
  16. John Jay high schools custodial staff generally keep the pools at 82-85  degrees. Maintenance of all our pool facilities are performed by a private company under contract with the NYC Department of Education and is not, in any way, under the control of Camp Olympia ASAP. Sorry, no refunds will be given due to pool temperature.
  17. CO ASAP is unable to issue credits or refunds for programs missed as a result of illness, emergencies or other events beyond the control of CO ASAP.
  18. School closings that are beyond our control may occur during a session. If such an event occurs, we will either extend our session or offer swimmers a credit.
