Catfish– John Jay – Summer2025

For ages 3-7 years old. This class is for children who
swim independently front crawl without a flotation device and take a breath ( rhythmic breathing ) and keep swimming.

Class Goal: Swim independently; strengthen rhythmic breathing; freestyle arms; and kicking techniques. Learn backstroke kick.
