For ages 17 and above ( 13- 16 year kids may contact the office to see if adult classes would be appropriate). For non-swimmers, swimmers with fear of the water.
Class goal: water adjustment, learn to be comfortable with the water environment, learn basic skills of front crawl, submerge head under the water, learn rhythmic and rotary breathing, and swim the width of the pool.
Session Dates: November 8th to December 21st (6 classes)
Closed: November 29th & 30th
