PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION


  • To secure your spot at camp, a $50 deposit is to be paid for each week your camper is registered . This deposit should be submitted with a copy of your application.Deposit is refundable until May 1, 2017.

  • Required forms for Summer Camp 2017

    *Children will not be allowed to attend Camp without a completed and signed medical form or camp agreement*.  Please be sure to schedule an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible if your child needs a physical examination.

    1.  Medical form –Have it completed by your child’s physician and send it to Camp Olympia by June 1, 2017.
    2. John Jay Parent Agreement 2017 orLOPS Parent Agreement 201Please download  the Parent Agreement, sign it and send it to Camp Olympia soon as possible.

    In an effort to minimize registration expenses, parents are responsible for calculating the fees paid to Camp Olympia.  Invoices will NOT be sent out.

    • No refund after May 1, 2017
    • Balance due on June 1, 2017
    • A $25 late fee will be charged for payments made after June 1, 2017
