SUMMARY:Swim Team Tryouts
DESCRIPTION:Swimmers are welcome to join one of our two teams: \nBrooklyn Otters is a Competitive Swim Team that requires participation in meets and has an intense practice schedule. Brooklyn Otters Practice at Erasmus Hall at 911 Flatbush Ave\, Brooklyn. \nJunior Swim Team is offered to young swimmers looking to improve their stroke techniques and endurance without the intensity of competitions. Juniors practice at International Highschool at 883 Classon Avenue\, Brooklyn. \n      Pre-requisites for Competitive Swim Team\n\n\n\nswim 100 yards freestyle and backstroke with proper technique\nswim  50  yards breaststroke and butterfly\n\nPre-requisites for Junior Swim Team\n\nswim 2 laps (50 yards) freestyle and backstroke with proper technique\n\nTo register for a tryout please scroll down below. Please choose the date of the tryout from the drop-down menu. \n  \nYour swimmer will need to bring:  \n- a bathing suit \n- a towel \n- swim goggles \n- a water bottle\nAs our locations are New York City public schools\, all people entering the building are required to pass through a security check where ID is required for adults. Please allow some extra time to pass through scanners.
